A sequel to the previous image, taken on the same day. I've converted it to B&W (with sepia tone). I like both images (colour and B&W), but i prefer the B&W more. What do you think?

it's not really b&w..it's a desaturated sephia (btul ke )...btw i love dis kind of technique cos it enhanced the value of the photo...yes i admit the photo is very impressive welcome to the community bro!
p/s: same name laa..
Thanx guys and gals, actually ni B&W conversion guna channel mixer (don't really like the effect of desaturated B&W, a bit flat), tukar jadi monochrome and play around with R/G/B channel to get what I want. Sephia, err..pakai photo filter effect dlm CS. Selebihnya biase le, contrast to get more 'B&W' feel, curves, and USM.
thanx guys and gals. For the record, these images were scanned from the negs. Yes, you heard it right, negatives (Fuji Pro 400H - i'm a die-hard Fuji fan ). I'm still using negs and slides, but most of my images are in slides. Sebab in negs/slides la a bit slow updating this FP but insya-allah, i'll speed up the scanning. So to those out there still enjoying their film SLR, this shows that you can also share your images, not just from digitals. I'll make my migration to digital side, soon...but I have my own reason to choose film over digital on certain circumstances...chiow!
